Countdown to summer

School is coming to a close and i cant help but notice that there always seems to be a pattern. The end of each year students seem to be looking towards doing no more homework for the summer and teachers seem to be handing out projects and tests. The students knew about these projects and waited till the last minute to start them. All though this pattern has been evident from year to year nothing seems to change in the routine. Its funny how you can say that your going to change but in the grand scheme remain the same.

This is another picture like i’ve never seen. A few questions come to mind when looking at it. Like why did this frog eat a lightbulb? Or what was the froh thinking when he decided to eat the bulb, was he hungry or was his stomach cold? It makes you wander what lead this frog to eat a light bulb. Lastly it just got me thinking, why didnt he spit it out after he ate it.

Nuclear Color

This picture recently caught my eye. i have never seen anything like it. I like the way it depicts a scene that is usually thought to be something horrible and brings light to it. Normally when you see a picture of a nuclear bomb you see how it is bringing about destruction. In this picture, the exact opposite happens and the explosion of colors brings color into a black and white world.

Last week i turned 21. Throughout my entire life birthdays seemed to have come and gone. Usually its only a day long experience and then it is over but when i turned 21 all of my friends and family made it last the entire week. The weekend after my birthday my sisters took me around Boston to see the sights and hit up the bars during the night. Then i went home for the week because of spring break and celebrated a birthday night each night. It was a very fun birthday that im sure i will never forget.

The burning peice of paper representing your life and how it may change or be static from time to time. I came across this picture while surfing the web. I like that it is a picture of nature showing an entire spectrum of color. its transitions perfectly, almost as though the picture were not real but as if a spectrum were being beamed onto the picture.

When i first glanced at this photo, the first thing that came to my mind was “why is jumping into the water”. At first it looked like just a funny photo but then I began to think of reasons he was jumping into the water in a suit. Maybe he actually thought he could make the jump. Whatever he was thinking. This photo also seems to show how he is stuck in transition. He is not wet yet but will undoubtly become wet.

While trying to fine tune my theme of transition i came across this photo. click This reminds of transition because when looking at the colors you can see how the colors are fading into the future. I am leaning towards working with futuristic things and how they become futuristic looking.

Futurama

Today i was watching futura which is one of my favorite show. If you didnt know its cartoon comedy that is based 1000 years in the future. As i was watchin it i was laughing at some pretty random. But since its based in the future, the possiblities seem endless. Which is why i like the show so much. Its make nothing seem certain and that anything can be subject to change. Snowboarding Bliss

Since its winter, i have been thinking about snowboarding all season. Usually i will go onto youtube and find some videos to get me psyched up before a trip to the mountain. I am about to go on another trip so naturally i was searching some snowboading videos. This one to me, portrays just how awsome snowboading is. Some day i hope to be as good as the guy in this video but for now i can only watch and imagine it. Snowboard Link
